I've always wanted a Star Wars car. Last year I took my 240sx that I drift (race) and put a Mandolin skull on the front. This past year I picked up another one. So far I painted it silver. Added the paneling and rivets like the Del Sol. Painted the skull on the hood. It is mainly a drift car that will also be at some import shows so I can't go crazy adding guns since I still have to meet a tech inspection each time I race. I'll post a link to some pics that I took in September. Since then I've tripled the rivets and added a stripe around the outside. Next week I'll be doing alot of race upgrades (new turbo engine from Japan, roll cage, gut the interior, and some more suspension work. Inpiration basically was " if Boba raced, what would it look like?" I do need some help from everyone. Since I won't be adding weapons or battle damage, I decided to logo up the vehicle like every other race car with sponsors. Star Wars universe sponsers eg. Jabba's Casino and Bar, Watto's Junk Yard. I need more ideas. I'll make up logos on vinyl to apply. Also I'll have a Road Squadron sticker over both rear wheel wells. I'll have pics soon. Thanks Drifter Fett

ooo... very nice! That paneling looks great on the silver. A few more endorsements you could add on from the SW universe: Corellian Engineering, Kuat Drive Yards, Incom Coorperation, Boonta Eve raceway... you could throw together a nice logo or race banner for each, and use the aurebesh font to make it look even more outlandish. Oh! The Outlander Club too!

How about "Bantha, the other white meat" or "Bantha, it's what's for dinner".
You could have so much fun with the concept - now that I think of it, I think I'll have to make up a few for my own car!

Excellent job! How well are you doing at drifting, though? ;D

I've been drifting for 2 years now. I have never won anything but I always hung with the top guys eventhough I was still using a stock engine with no performance upgrades. Drifting becomes much easier with upgrades. Last year I had 140hp at the most. This engine upgrade starts me at 205. When I'm through I should be around 300hp. If I could make the top ten being the only non-turbo engine I should be able to win a few this year.
